Camp Get-Fit - educates and brings awareness to the community regarding obesity. Helping Hands will identify the components of obesity in it's entirety. We give you the tools that you need to make your transition to weight loss successful.

Project Plate Champion - is designed to teach and educate children, ages 5 -17, on how to live a healthy lifesyle and to give them the tools for a successful start. The project encompasses physical fitness, mental and emotional health, and nutrition.

Move to the Groove 5K Walk/Health Fair - focuses on getting children actively involved in physical activity with a twist. The project motivates children with obesity issues and give overall methods to exercise, which will allow the body to become physically fit.

Project Taste Test - challenges the children's taste palate. The project is tailored for schools and covers topics such as menu planning, meal preparation, meal presentation and appeal.
